HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Eroton Exploration and Production Company Limited will continue to maintain total commitment to the prevention of accidents and incidents in our operations. To achieve the above, the company shall:
  • Regard as paramount the safety, health and well-being of its employees, contractors, the public and host communities that may be involved or affected by its operations.
  • Emphasize that no job is so urgent that it cannot be done in a safe and incidence free manner.
  • Minimize impacts and damage to community relationships, company’s reputation, operating equipment, properties, materials and the environment in which we operate.
  • Provide a safe work environment and ensure contractors maintain commitment to our HSE Policy guidelines.
  • Plan and implement risk management processes such as emergency response procedures, waste management, maintenance, inspections, audits and management review practices.
  • Manage, maintain, report and reward effective HSE Performance in operations.
  • Identify, train and develop personnel competencies with focus on developing improvement opportunities and implementation action plans.
  • Ensure personnel comply with all relevant laws, procedures, regulations and guidelines at work.
  • Employees are to maintain total compliance with the provisions of this Policy.
