EROTON is one of the leading indigenous oil and gas producers in Nigeria. From a modest take over production of 14,000 bopd in May 2015 when operatorship was transferred from Shell Petroleum Development Company to EROTON, the Company has been able to increase oil output to over 38,000 bopd and gas to 50MMscfd as at end November 2015. The crude oil is processed for export while the gas is sold to the Nigerian domestic gas market. Further development activities and re-entry of non-producing assets are expected to further boost production over the coming years.

EROTONs operations cover conventional oil and gas production and processing from the Swamp locations in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria. The company will produce oil and gas within its assets in a safe and environmentally friendly manner in collaboration with its JV partner, government regulatory agencies and host communities. 100% of all production comes from naturally flowing wells with huge potential for artificial lift and secondary recovery. There is also scope for in-fill drilling within the producing assets.
